I have grown up on the MMA Northern Beaches my entire life having been born in Mona Vale and going to school at Elanora and Manly. When i decided that I wanted to start training MMA I had a comprehensive look around at the available options but knew the best choice was APEX MMA which had been around for as long as I could remember and is a Northern Beaches institution. When I began my journey, it was just as a hobby to keep fit and gain confidence but eventually, I wanted to have a pro fight. Fighting is certainly not required of anyone who intends to train as it can be kept solely to fun, fitness and skills but it was something I wanted to experience. MMA training at Langes MMA provided me with an excellent environment to further myself, and I ended up winning three national mixed martial arts titles under the skilled guidance of coach Anthony Lange.
